Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Maryland

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Chevy Chase Village, Maryland

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, performing physical exams, prescribing medications, and supporting the overall health and wellness of our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical examinations and health assessments

Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

Educate patients and families on preventative care and health maintenance

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system

Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland (required)

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

National certification (AANP or ANCC)

DEA license or eligibility to obtain

Excellent communication and clinical skills

Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
