This is a newly created role with a premier private equity firm that is looking to add a high performer to its finance team.
This newly-created role will support the firm's growth with the launch of their newest fund.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Tax & Fund Accounting Manager will oversee the entire fund cycle including:
Capital Calls
Preparation of financial statements
Distributions
Reviewing tax returns prepared by Big 4 firm
Supporting deal team and Investor relations activities
Location & Compensation
This position offers excellent pay and benefits, including above market incentive compensation.
The firm is based in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda/Friendship Heights area.
Compensation depends on experience and education, $*******K per year with additional bonus, and benefits.
Qualifications
BS in Accounting/CPA
4-7 years of experience in Big 4/Public accounting
Experience in tax with private equity client base is required.
