Team Development/liulliSupport recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff/liliDeliver consistent coaching and real-time performance feedback/liliHold team members accountable to standards while reinforcing a growth mindset culture/liliEnsure onboarding and training programs are executed to company standards/li/ulliLeadership
