/ppResponsibilities:/pulliExhibit Lean-Agile leadership for a Dev/Ops development team/liliFacilitate the teams progress toward team goals/liliLead team efforts in relentless improvement/liliFacilitate SAFe events/liliSupport the Product Owner/liliFacilitate the removal of impediments/liliPromote SAFe quality practices/liliHelp build a high-performing team/liliCoordinate with other teams/liliSupport SAFe adoption/liliEnable organizational effectiveness/liliFacilitate preparation and readiness for ART events.
/li/ulpQualifications Required:/pulli8+ years experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events/lili6+ years experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning/lili6+ years experience leading multiple Scrum teams/lili6+ years experience leading software development life cycle projects/liliExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)/liliExcellent knowledge of Agile tools Jira and Confluence/liliExcellent Knowledge of MS Office applications/liliExcellent communication and leadership skills/liliExcellent Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability/liliOutstanding organizational skills/liliDegree in Computer Science, Business or similar field/liliMust remain on the client site during Program core hours of *********./li/ulpDesired:/pulliProfessional Scrum Master Certification(s)/liliIT Infrastructure Architecture and Design Knowledge/liliAmazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Knowledge/liliExperience leading financial application development teams/liliExperience leading teams implementing COTS applications/liliExperience leading teams implement data centric capabilities/liliExperience using Microsoft Project to manage schedules.

/ppPay Range:/ppThere are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
