Our client is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage daily human resources operations and support their growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment. You will drive key HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate possesses extensive communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to foster a positive company culture. salary: $22 - $40 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of employees, from conducting orientations to facilitating exit interviews.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the open enrollment process and resolve day-to-day health and retirement plan inquiries.
- Policy Compliance: Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve workplace conflicts and support management with performance counseling.
