We’re looking for experienced CDL Drivers to become valued members of our growing team. We have a much different culture than other dumpster companies and only hire top drivers. Our drivers love working here. Throughout the day you will: Safely deliver and pick up dumpsters from homeowners and contractor job sites and haul debris to disposal and recycling facilities.Follow assigned route plans and maintain daily schedule to meet customer needs. Complete and update route sheets using driver phone app Work with route manager to improve route efficiencies Accurately complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR’s) Ensure equipment is kept in good working condition Report mechanical issues and maintenance issues to operations manager Notify route manager of any accidents, injuries, or property damage Participate in safety training, driver, and company meetings Embody the‘Orange Dumpster Difference’ in everything you do.
