Job Description Job Description A Tow Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting disabled, improperly parked, or impounded vehicles to specified locations.
This role requires operating tow trucks and other recovery vehicles while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely
Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls
Secure vehicles using appropriate towing equipment
Inspect vehicles for any damage prior to and after towing
Provide basic roadside assistance such as tire changes or jump-starts
Maintain accurate records of tows and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
