We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Bright Now! Dental in Simi Valley, CA! This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours):
Monday–Thursday (Monday 8–5, Tues–Thurs 9–6)

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort

Take and develop dental X-rays as needed

Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols

Take impressions, apply fluoride, and provide other expanded functions as permitted by state law

Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the dental operatory is stocked

Perform front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries when needed

Qualifications:
Required Certifications (must be current and valid):

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license – California

CPR or BLS

X-ray

Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care

Someone who thrives in a team-first, people-focused environment

Compensation:
$22-25/hr
