ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and self-driven individuals to join our team as California Lifeline Field Agents.

In this role, you will assist eligible residents in enrolling in the California Lifeline Program, which provides free or discounted phone service to qualifying households.

This is a flexible, field-based opportunity ideal for people who enjoy working with the public and want uncapped earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate the public about the California Lifeline Program
Verify eligibility requirements
Assist customers with completing applications
Submit accurate enrollment documentation
Distribute phones or SIM cards when applicable
Maintain professional conduct in the field
Follow all state and federal compliance guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with the public
Reliable transportation preferred
Smartphone required for application processing
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus
Sales or outreach experience helpful but not required

COMPENSATION

Commission paid per approved enrollment
Weekly payouts
Performance bonuses available
