You will impact product output and quality within a cell, cooperating with operators, quality, and supervision to hit production goals. Schedule: 1st Shift, M-F | 5:00am – 1:30pm (onsite). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following process specifications and work instructions Inspect your own and peers' work against drawings and quality requirements Record production time and quantity data and maintain work area to guidelines Perform basic welding/brazing/soldering and operate light machinery as required (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures Provide regular, consistent attendance and flex for variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours when needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 2 years of relevant experience Electro-mechanical assembly experience (must have) Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures Good manual dexterity for working with small parts Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Here's What Else Might Help You Out Experience with PCBA production or electronics manufacturing Familiarity with multiple product lines and cross-training across production cells Pay Range $22.68/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
