$75,000– $125,000 per year Employment Type:

Overview NexGen HVAC&Plumbing is looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers Document service work accurately and maintain service recordsKeep service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on schedule Requirements Must Have: At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
