Housekeeper

Northwestern College is seeking a 3/4-time housekeeper for the maintenance department. This position is year-round, requiring 25 hours per week during the academic year, and 40 hours per week in the summer, which may involve working evenings or weekends during special events.

The ideal candidate will have prior custodial experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to perform physically demanding work and be able to regularly lift 10 to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Good communication skills are also essential, as the person in this position regularly greets the public and communicates with parents and students and will supervise several student employees.
