Starting pay is $0.35 per accurate record and can increase to $0.43 or more. This allows you to control your income. Most researchers earn between $12.25-$15.75 per hour starting, and increase their earning potential to $20 per hour within 4-6 weeks (35 records x .35 = $12.25, 50 x .35 = $17.5, 100x .35 = $35 per hour).
