Solventum is seeking Temporary Part-Time Production Helper candidates to join our team in Brookings SD!

Starting Pay $21.61/hour + Shift Differentials

As a Temporary Part-Time Production Helper, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies

Packing finished or semi-finished products

Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications

Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals

Using on-line reporting to document production and usage

Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Ability to work either an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)

Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

Work location: Onsite - 601 22nd Ave S, Brookings, SD (phone number removed)

Travel: No Travel

Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.61/hour, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
