Job Summary:

Essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients. Coordinate efficient healthcare delivery throughout patient visits, ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and communicate abnormal findings to physicians.Support physicians during testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams. Assist with splinting, dressings, medication samples, and maintain related logs. Facilitate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications. Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.Perform laboratory tests and treatments as prescribed, assisting with documentation and billing processes.

Education and Experience Required:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

Work Shift:

First shift, full-time (40 hours per week).

This role is based in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
