The Revit MEP Design Detailer participates in 3D modeling of plumbing and mechanical systems. The models will be used for BIM/VDC coordination and in-house prefabrication. Essential Job Functions: Represent Krohmer Plumbing in a professional manner Communicate with general contractors, other trades, and engineersProduce 3D plumbing and mechanical drawings to code Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes Produce shop drawings, spool pieces, sheets, and models as required Prepare layout drawings as needed for field installation Other duties assigned Required Skills: Solid working knowledge of RevitBasic knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD Competent, responsible, organized, and team-oriented Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions Mechanically inclined Ability to work independently and with others to meet performance goals We offer competitive pay and benefits.
