Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

Hyper-V and VMWare management for clients

Provide Our Clients With Mobile Device, Desktop and Laptop Support

Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MacOS

Migrate User Data, Network, and Server Data

Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

Troubleshoot/Remediate Hardware, Software, Network and Printing Issues

Facilitate New Device Configuration onto Client Networks

Backup and Disaster Recovery Support

Experience Preferred:

Hyper-V and VMWare

CompTIA A+ and Network + and Server +

MTA– Operating, Networking and Security Fundamentals (or equivalent)

Experience with Microsoft products such as Office 365, Sharepoint

Experience with Windows and MacOS
