Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, facilitating member services issues, and maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Essential Behavior Requirements include customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication. Minimum qualifications include honesty, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
