Schedule: Morning Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Afternoon Shift: Monday

Thursday | 12:30 PM

11:00 PM Pay: Competitive hourly pay $1.00 shift differential Overtime (40+ hours) paid at time and a half Monthly bonus opportunities Position Overview: A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. This position is responsible for operating CNC mill machines and assisting with laser cutting equipment in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines and drills independently Load and unload metal materials Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure and verify parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance on machinesMaintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with inventory as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Knowledge of metal fabrication processes Skills&Requirements: Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTO Monthly bonus opportunities Safety gear reimbursement Company-provided work apparel
