In this role, you'll take ownership of press operations from setup to production, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands color and print quality, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Shifts: 2nd&3rd Available About the Role: In this opportunity as a Pressman Operator, you will: Set up, operate, and run offset printing presses to meet production and quality standards Perform make-ready, color matching, and press adjustments throughout production runs Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as neededFollow job tickets and production schedules while maintaining efficiency Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition Identify and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and waste Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment About You: You're a fit for the role of Pressman Operator if your background includes:5+ years of offset press experience Experience with [Heidelberg, Komori, KBA etc.] strongly preferred Ability to work with various substrates and calipers Strong understanding of color matching and print quality standards Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and basic production documentationTeam-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety Why Choose Us?
