/liliBe able to recognize, obtain, document, and report data to appropriate staff.
/liliPartner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to meet the needs of patients and optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction/liliAdvocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.
/li/ulpWhat youll bring:/pulliPassion for Patient Care/liliPrior or recent Nursing Assistant experience preferred/liliEducation: High School Diploma or GED required/liliCertification: Nursing Assistant Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required/liliIn lieu of Nursing Assistant certification, will accept prior/recent nursing assistant experience OR completion of one year of a formal RN program/li/ulpPosted Salary Range/ppUSD $***** - USD $***** /Hr.
