Customer Support&Operations Coordinator CDP Payments | Smithtown, NY (In-Office Position) Are you organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and great with people? CDP Payments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our growing company. This position is available due to a long-tenured employee retiring after more than 10 years, creating an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role with a well-established company.We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while assisting customers and learning multiple software systems. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Handle customer service and support requests from existing customersCommunicate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues Submit and process applications for new business accounts Walk customers through software setup and programming instructions over the phone Learn and navigate multiple POS CRM and software systems Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the dayMaintain accurate records and stay organized across all responsibilities What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems Familiarity with AI tools and/or willing to learn how to implement AI technologyComfortable guiding customers through software programming and setup instructions Ability to learn and work within multiple CRM&POS/payment software systems Highly organized and able to multitask effectively Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-player mentality Compensation&Benefits $70,000 annual salary 2 weeks paid vacation $500 monthly contribution toward health insurance Stable, full-time position with long-term opportunity Hands-on training and support from an experienced team Why Join CDP Payments Established and growing company Small, professional and busy office environmentFriendly and supportive team atmosphere Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Work directly with ownership and management No corporate bureaucracy or large call-center environment Location&Schedule Location:
