Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety standards.Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Drexel to move products safely and efficiently. Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Perform picking and packing of orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines.Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse is required. Familiarity with inventory management practices and warehouse management systems is advantageous.Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
