Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: New York Property&Casualty License or NY Personal Lines License (must be able to obtain). New York Life, Accident&Health License (must be able to obtain). Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
