divh2Sr. Customer Service Representative/h2pResponsible for providing exceptional customer service./ppBachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; and three to five years related call center experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./ppPosition requires strong interpersonal skills./ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams, proficiency in SAP and AS400 is preferred as daily use of both systems will be required./ppEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary./ppCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions./ppReceives customers requests by telephone or email; analyzes requests, provides information requested and routes request to proper person./ppAnalyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjust errors./ppSupports Sales Region and provide samples for sales reps./ppMaintains liaison with other departments for order completion./ppEnters sales orders into the system, contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders, resolves customer questions related to orders, provides price quotations, traces status of orders through traffic and production departments at plant locations./ppAddress and resolve EDI errors./ppAssists in pricing management in SAP as provided by Pricing Administration./ppManage all key communications to customers such as product discontinuation, changes to standard product specifications, planned shutdowns, policy changes, etc./ppWork in smoke-free, office setting/ppInteracts with customers and employees within corporate headquarters./ppCreate a positive team environment by modeling appropriate behaviors./ppInteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
