AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line *Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants* to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Elkhart Indiana. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!!

* 12 hour shifts every other weekend availability

* Need Extra $$ for Vacation*

Requirements

High School Graduate or GED

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver’s License

Work in a team responsibly and independently

Good communication skills

Ability to travel within the service area

CPR Certified

Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
