Our client, a leader in infrastructure solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Delivery Cable Install Technician to join their onsite team in New Carlisle, IN. As part of this vital team, you will play a key role in supporting the installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of critical data center infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of quality. Location: Onsite - New Carlisle, IN | Fully onsite

Pay Range:

$23.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Install, inspect, and troubleshoot structured copper and fiber cabling in data center environments. Label and patch cables to switches, ensuring proper connections and documentation. Perform physical installation of server racks, patch panels, and related networking equipment. Coordinate daily material delivery, movement, and installation of enterprise IT equipment.Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all infrastructure components. What's Needed?

Experience with structured cabling installation and troubleshooting, including fiber, CAT5, and CAT6 cables. Hands-on experience installing, testing, and repairing copper and fiber optic cabling, including patch panels and cable routing. Ability to physically install and move servers, network devices, and racks, including racking, stacking, grounding, and labeling.High school diploma or GED required. Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking devices, switches, servers, and cable management best practices. What's in it for me?
