Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities including AP, AR, collections, invoicing, and all check processing.
Lead the month‑end close, preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations.
Assist with internal and external audits by organizing schedules and supporting documentation.
Work within Odyssey and NetSuite, contributing to system enhancements and phased implementations.
Partner closely with the CFO to ensure accuracy, improve reporting, and support overall financial objectives.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Solid understanding of US GAAP; experience with NetSuite and/or Odyssey is a plus.
Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while knowing when to collaborate or escalate issues.
