2nd CNC Shift Lead Are you the person everyone comes to when machines go down, operators need help, or production starts falling behind? If you have CNC machining experience AND leadership experience, we want to talk to you. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead operators, troubleshoot problems, keep production moving, and make a real impact every shift. Temp-to-Hire position $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm) Lead and support CNC operators throughout the shift Troubleshoot machining and production issues Assist with setups, offsets, tool changes, and adjustments Perform quality inspections using micrometers/calipersKeep production running efficiently and safely Train and mentor operators on best practices Communicate directly with management on production flow and issues 2nd CNC Shift Lead Qualifications

CNC machining background (mills or lathes) Previous CNC lead or supervisor experience REQUIRED Blueprint reading skills Strong troubleshooting ability Reliable, hands-on leader who can keep a team moving Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
