Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports. The role also involves ensuring store standards, Redbook compliance, and company programs meet all operational expectations, maintaining the front-end and exterior of the building, providing daily tasks to associates, organizing office areas, supporting the door to floor process, completing the monthly operational risk assessment, leading safety meetings, ensuring customer service standards meet company expectations, completing price changes, coaching and training store associates, performing team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, ability to manage in a professional work environment, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail, knowledge of industry terms and processes, effective communication, outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, and a positive attitude.Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, gripping, reaching, and pinching with arms and hands frequently, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally, and seeing, hearing, and speaking regularly.
