Collects co-pays, financial and demographic information. Answers and transfers phone calls, maintains files, processes paperwork. Provides clerical support to the team. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent One or more years' experience working in a medical office environment.Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently. Preferred candidates will have experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
