We are looking for candidates seeking a long-term position. We are a small company that offers many opportunities to grow. Your pay raises depend on you. The more independent and responsible you prove to be the more you will see it in your pay. Training is provided to help you take off and grow as the company grows. As far as expected duties we asks that if you do not feel comfortable lifting a minimum of 50lbs please do not apply. This is a labor position but as a part of Management I will help you in anyway to make your job easier. We need people that pay attention to detail, focused on consistence, want to learn, and are open to constructive criticism. This is a rewarding job if you put time into it, and a very respectful high end paint and plaster company. From personal experience I could tell you the company will put time into you if you put your best foot forward. Meaning as the company grows you will growtoo. We do offer sick pay, PTO, direct deposit, and 401K. This is a M-Fri position 7am-4pm.
