The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience for our customers.
You'll help with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related support, and general account servicewhile keeping documentation accurate and communication clear.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and takes pride in getting things done the right way.
What You'll Do:
Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service (phone, email, and in-office)
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims-related needs
Explain coverage options and help customers understand their choices (within guidelines)
Document conversations and follow-up tasks clearly and consistently
Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and reliability
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent service
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a professional communication style
Detail-oriented and organized (accuracy matters here)
Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a steady flow of customer needs
Proactive problem-solver who can follow process and still think independently
Team-oriented, dependable, and coachable
Licensing Requirement:
Active Property & Casualty License (required to begin employment)
Active Life & Health license (required to begin employment)
If not currently licensed, must be highly motivated and willing to obtain required licenses within a defined pre-employment timeframe
