We are hiring Production Associates for Day&Night Shift working 4 days a week in the Puyallup area! Production Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.50 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 05:15pm) Responsible for performing brazing operations to join metal parts according to specifications, using a torch method while ensuring strong, clean, and precise joints. Practice appropriate safety, security and environmental procedures. Handle relevant equipment with care, being concerned with safety and security. Immediately report safety concerns to Supervisor/Lead.Exercise care of all tools, machines and equipment through proper use and storage. Maintain a clean work area, including daily sweeping of floors, racking of tools, dies, guides and related equipment. Production Associate Qualifications: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to operate, monitor, and adjust machinery or production related equipment.Knowledge of basic manufacturing safety procedures. Able to work effectively both individually and in a team with minimal supervision; able to make decisions using own initiative adhering to company policies. Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques. Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, problem-solve and effectively and efficiently make decisions.Understanding of production documentation, such as work orders, blueprints, or standard operating procedures (SOP's). Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools or machines used in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer or data entry skills for logging production information.
