The Role
As a Semiconductor Process Engineer
, you will join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area to develop nanophotonic devices, circuits, and systems at the frontier of optics.
Working in a fast-paced environment in shared research facilities, you'll develop and maintain semiconductor processes and plant to advance our innovative laser communication components.
We are open to entry-level candidates with prior experience in semiconductor process development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the device team to rapidly prototype photonic devices and circuits
Develop new processes to build and improve the fabrication flow
Organize production runs and support technicians
Monitor processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery

$85k to $145k
Equity:
0.15% to 0.35% of fully diluted shares
