What You'll Do Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs) Mount and populate panels and enclosures accuratelyUse hand and power tools safely and effectively Track production time and materials used Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements What You Bring Experience with hand and power tools Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructionsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanship Good communication skills and a team-first mindset Self-motivation and ability to work independently Bonus Points For: Electrical wiring or installation experience Manufacturing or assembly line background Education High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical Requirements Lift 3050 pounds regularly Perform repetitive tasks with strong manual dexterity Stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift Why Join North American Electric?
