Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for our manufacturing client to start June 4, 2026, at $14.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
Sew bedding components such as covers, panels, borders, using industrial sewing machines Follow detailed work orders and specifications to ensure consistent stitch quality Measure, align, and assemble fabric materials accurately Inspect finished products for defects like loose threads and uneven seamsPerform basic machine tasks including threading, needle changes, and adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production goals Qualifications
Sewing experience preferred; industrial or manufacturing sewing a plus Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions Strong attention to quality and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality with 5:00 AM start time Willingness to learn and operate sewing machinery Skills
Sewing machine operation Stitch quality control Fabric measurement and material alignment Defect inspection Machine minor adjustments (threading, needle changing)
