Bookkeeper/Data Entry Details: Temporary position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm) Enter and process accounts payable data in Pinpoint and SAPVerify invoices and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile discrepancies and correct data entry errors Organize and file accounting documents and reports Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties Bookkeeper/Data Entry Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferredPrevious bookkeeping, accounts payable, or data entry experience preferred Proficiency with SAP, Pinpoint, and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
