We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers at the lowest possible cost and least environmental impact.What we are looking for: Working as part of the production team in a light manufacturing environment, this position will produce high-quality packaging products safely and efficiently while ensuring that key productivity standards are being achieved to meet our customers' needs. This role supports efficient operations by following procedures, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all safety requirements.What you will do: Work as part of a production team to assemble packaging parts ensuring a consistent, efficient, quality product with high attention to detail Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor direction Assemble packaging parts manually using proper tools and machinery in a safe mannerResponsible for receiving and managing raw materials for product processing and packaging Follow both written and verbal instructions to accurately gather raw materials, and execute production to produce quality finished goods Complete regular inspection of equipment and maintains a clean and neat work areaAssist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed Maintain housekeeping standards and perform cleaning as assigned Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirementsPerform other related duties as assigned What you need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Basic math and measurement skills Detail-oriented and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in collaborative team environmentMust have the ability to understand and carry out instructions issued Benefits we offer: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid sick and paid vacation time off Company paid life insurance Additional life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance Short and long term disability 401k with company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
