A well-established, upscale casual dining concept known for its woodfire cooking and commitment to quality is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchen. This is a high-visibility role with a team that takes food and hospitality seriously.

Key Responsibilities Culinary Leadership Oversee all BOH operations and maintain high standards of food quality and consistency. Lead, mentor, and develop a strong kitchen team. Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and culinary excellence. Operations Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering to maximize efficiency and profitability.Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and operational strategy. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual environment. Strong background in woodfire or scratch cooking preferred.Hands-on leader comfortable working alongside their team on the line. Solid understanding of P&L, food cost management, and BOH operations. Ability to recruit, train, and retain top culinary talent.
