Our State Farm agency is seeking a driven and personable Account Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing a successful sales career. This role offers a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, giving top performers the opportunity to earn more. Working in a small, collaborative office, you will focus on identifying customer needs and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.Responsibilities: Prospect for new customers through calls, referrals, and networking Conduct needs-based conversations with potential customers Provide quotes and close new insurance policies Maintain relationships with existing clients Qualifications: Sales experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and listening skills Highly motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work in a small team environment Licensing in Property&Casualty preferred (must be able to obtain) My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
