North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WA is looking to hire a Full-Time Operations Assistant Store Manager to join our team.  We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company.  We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. 

As an Operations Assistant Store Manager at North 40, will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in retail management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Operations Assistant Manager is being trained to transition into a Store Manager role and will back up the Store Manager in all decision-making during their absence.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.  As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week.  This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
