General Production Worker

Job Description

This is an entry-level General Production role where you will handle basic tasks and get trained on machines, forklifts, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pull raw materials from the warehouse

Stage materials for machine operators

Help machine operators with preparation work

Perform general labor and production tasks

Assist in machine operation after training

Follow safety rules and company procedures

Keep work area clean and organized

Work with team to meet daily production goals

Skills Required

Interest or experience in warehouse / production work

Ability to lift and move materials

Basic knowledge of order picking (preferred)

Willing to learn machines and equipment

Good attention to detail

Reliable and hardworking

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse

Forklift or material handling experience

Machine operation exposure

Work Environment

Warehouse + production floor

Physical work (lifting, moving materials)

Fast-paced and hands‑on job

Safety-focused workplace

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
