Job Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide immediate technical support to manufacturing and clarify production process specification requirements to ensure accurate and efficient production. 2. Assist in measuring and improving yield, efficiency, and capacity of manufacturing equipment and processes.3. Document, modify, and maintain manufacturing related procedures. 4. Manage the procurement of assembly process tools. 5. Train operators and support staff as needed. 6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 7. Understand. Create. Simplify.8. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with the manufacturing equipment relevant to the role Basic computer skills including familiarity with windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, SQL) Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting process and machinery problems Experience writing and/or conducting Design of Experiments Experience programming and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and machinery Experience preparing materials cross-sections for microscopic analysis Working knowledge of basic analog and digital electronicsPhysical Requirements

Pay Range Data Pay range for position is $32.88 - $48.60 per hour. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background.
