Compensation: $66,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions Leverage social mediaand local media to highlight community initiatives and client stories Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that bestmeets their needs Qualifications: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Passion for social impact and community engagement Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain) Proven track record of being a self-starter 5 years in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience a plus Insurance and sales experience a plus About Company On May 1, 1947, a group of Idaho farmers and ranchers founded an insurance company.
