Student Media Program Coordinator
As the Student Media Program Coordinator, you will provide critical financial, staffing, and public liaison support for the Office of Student Media. You will be responsible for tracking advertising revenue, monitoring student production, processing stipends, and managing office operations. In addition, you will staff the front desk and handle a wide variety of duties necessary to keep the office functioning smoothly.This is a full-time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,665 to $4,882 | Range 41 Steps A - M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Experience in financial activities, such as purchasing, personnel and cost analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications: Excellent command of English language and grammar. 2 years of professional work experience in higher education Strong work experience with Windows/Microsoft Office applications, web-based management. 2 years of work experience working with Washington State University (WSU) systems.(Workday, AIS, DEPPS, PERMS, etc.)Strong interest in the student experience at WSU. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of campus and community partners.
