Our Lewiston, ID location is seeking Temporary Summer Production Workers. These positions are short-term, lasting up to 90 days. Pay is $23.06/hr. Perfect for a summer job between school! Shift Information: Ability to work any shift including Days, Swing, Weekend Days, and Weekend Swing. Responsibilities:Learns various positions of the Assembly Operation (load lines, packaging lines, inspection) and rotates through each of the positions as assigned. May also perform the duties of an entry-level Machine Operator. Must be available to work schedules as assigned by supervision. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours.Maintains good attendance within established standards. Follow work instructions to safely produce, assemble, inspect, and package high quality CCI/Speer products and components. Follow and improve manufacturing processes; document production records and statistics as required. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to work independently without continual supervision Must have demonstrated strong work ethic Must pass a background check and drug screen Physical Requirements: Reaching, handling and manual dexterity to inspect and package. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Good vision required: Position requires good vision to inspect product for quality.Manufacturing environment: Exposure to noise is present and occasionally employees are exposed to dust and fumes. Safety equipment such as protective eyewear and earplugs are required and provided by the company. Mental Requirements: High attentiveness for safety. Flexibility to move between jobs and to handle tasks simultaneouslyWork Environment: Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
