Position Overview We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to help homeowners and businessessecure long-term pest protection solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales, relationship-building, and closing recurring service agreements . You will serve as the first point of trust , educating customers, assessing their needs, and recommending customized pest control plans that align with DOA’s commitment to honesty, transparency, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door, inbound leads, referrals, and local networking Conduct property assessments and client consultations to identify pest control needs Present and sell customized pest management plans (monthly/quarterly service agreements) Clearly explain DOA’s long-term, prevention-first approach and value over one-time treatments Build strong customer relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and professionalism Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and accountability (core to DOA’s culture) Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and competitive drive Ability to simplify technical services into clear, customer-friendly solutions Coachable, team-oriented, and aligned with a supportive, unified culture Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with customers Preferred: Sales experience (home services, pest control, roofing, solar, or similar industries) Experience with door-to-door or commission-based sales Compensation&Benefits Competitive commission structure (uncapped earning potential) Performance-based bonuses and incentives Ongoing training and development in sales and pest management solutions Opportunity for career growth within a fast-growing company Supportive team culture focused on loyalty, growth, and excellence Why Join DOA Pest Service?
