More information: 2025 Key Responsibilities: * Assist in planning and facilitating recreational activities for residents. * Lead group and individual activities that promote socialization and engagement. * Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. * Provide one-on-one assistance to residents as needed. * Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress. * Collaborate with staff to tailor activities to meet individual needs. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or recreation setting preferred. * Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor. * Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
