Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Afternoons (typically 2–5 PM), 2–3 days/week
Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Person)

What You’ll Do
Lead fun, high-energy classes for children in Preschool, Grades K–2, and Grades 3–5.
Deliver each class following the OTA curriculum and weekly structure.
Create a positive, inclusive environment that builds confidence and encourages participation.
Manage groups of 10–20 children safely and effectively.
Arrive 15 min early for setup and remain 15 min after for cleanup and dismissal.
Maintain program equipment and transport it reliably between schools.
Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and OTA leadership.
Complete attendance, time sheets, and required admin tasks.
Attend mandatory trainings and periodic staff meetings.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children (coaching, camps, childcare, teaching, etc.)
Comfortable in an active, athletic environment
Basic sports knowledge
Energetic, patient, positive, and reliable
Available weekday afternoons (2–5 PM)
Own reliable transportation
Able to pass required Nevada background checks and fingerprinting
Must meet Nevada age and employment rules for working with children
Physical Requirements
Ability to run short distances, demonstrate movements, bend/kneel as needed
Ability to lift and carry 20–30 lbs of sports equipment
Work Environment
Part-time: typically 2–3 days/week
Daily commitment is approx. 1.5 hours including setup and dismissal
Lead instructor + support instructor at each class
Pay
$15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
